Our MISSION:

 

It is the mission of Grandview Animal Hospital to cheerfully and diligently care for our patients, continually exceed expectations of their owners and constantly provide them with tangible and intangible evidence that they have chosen the best possible caregivers for their pets.

 


Our HISTORY:

 

 

Grandview Animal Hospital was established in 1953 by Dr. Ted Higgins.  Dr. Higgins built the existing building in 1957.  Dr. Ronald Cott purchased the practice from Dr. Higgins in 1979 and the two continued to work together until Dr. Higgins retired in 1986.  Dr. Abby Snyder joined Dr. Cott in 1999 and purchased the practice in 2001.  Dr. Jennifer Jones joined GAH as an associate in 2001.  Dr. Snyder and Dr. Jones have worked together until December of 2007 when Dr. Jones returned to her hometown of Sedalia, MO.  Dr. Kevin Harsha joined the staff in January 2008.  Together, Dr. Snyder and Dr. Harsha maintain the long-standing tradition of "healing, caring and sharing".  GAH celebrated the 50th year at our current location in 2007 and was recognized as Small Business of the Year in 2004 by the Grandview Chamber of Commerce.
