Our receptionists are primarily responsible for interacting with clients as well as maintaining our medical record system. While many of our veterinary technicians provide support in these responsibilities, our receptionists are often the voice you will hear on the phone and the first face you will see when you enter our hospital.
Our veterinary technicians provide primary patient care as well as medical, surgical, anesthetic and diagnostic assistance to our veterinarians. Our technicians are very knowledgeable and are able to assist our doctors in providing a significant amount of education to our clients.
